CYBOT provides an AI-powered assistant that delivers automated, preliminary, and non-binding guidance.

All outputs are informational only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

Final assessments and commitments, where applicable, are provided by human consultants.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the services.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• All activity occurring under your account
• Ensuring authorized users comply with these Terms

3. Subscription Plans

Starter Plan
No-cost plan with limited usage and features

Pro Plan
Paid subscription plan

Business Plan

Plan availability, limits, pricing, and onboarding status are described on our website or order form.

4. Billing and Payments

4.1 Billing Model

Subscriptions are billed per tenant
Billing may be monthly or annually
Fees are charged in advance

4.2 Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal date.

4.3 Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

5. Payment Processing and Automation

Payments and subscription status are managed by third-party payment providers.

Subscription access, renewals, suspensions, and cancellations may be automatically applied based on billing events received from payment providers.

6. Starter Plan Limitations

We may impose usage caps, feature restrictions, or modify or discontinue the Starter Plan at any time.

7. Separate Written Agreements

In some cases, CYBOT may offer custom commercial terms, service terms, or data processing terms through a separate written agreement.

Such arrangements are available only upon direct engagement with our team and are not part of the standard public plans listed on our website.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement, the signed agreement will prevail.

Data protection obligations are governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a separate Data Processing Agreement.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Circumvent usage limits
• Reverse engineer or attempt model extraction
• Interfere with system security
• Upload unlawful or harmful content

9. Intellectual Property

CYBOT and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, models, software, and infrastructure.

You retain ownership of content you submit.

You grant CYBOT a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the service.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Payment fails
• Terms are violated
• Use poses security or legal risk

You may terminate by cancelling your subscription.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
You are responsible for verifying outputs before use.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYBOT’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by the tenant in the preceding twelve (12) months.

CYBOT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CYBOT from claims arising out of:

• Your content
• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

For material changes, we will provide notice and may require explicit acceptance before continued use of the service.

Continued use after the effective date of non-material changes constitutes acceptance.

18. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts located in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
